The authors believe indeed to be their duty towards the scientific community and the    society at large to provide full details on the CM technique, including not only the    operation steps involved but all other aspects they have taken into consideration. The    proposed methodology represents a unified body, whose joined and intermingled     components are all necessary to achieve the expected results. All people interested to    learn and put CM into practice are requested to operate within the same generous    attitude, in order to exploit its advantages, but most importantly to share its principles    with other colleagues.
